Cream HR – worth a look!
Employment Law and HR support I don’t do this very often but I’d like to bring to your attention one of our suppliers who we’ve just renewed our relationship with for another year.
We have worked with Cream HR for a couple of years now and use them for support and advice in the complex area of HR and employment law. Out of the 500 odd companies we deal with well over 200 can be described as a small business, just like us.
We don’t have a need for a full time HR Manager of legal counsel but we do, of course, need advice and legal support in these areas on a fairly frequent basis. Cream HR are proactive and always available when we need them. They charge a flat monthly fee which is refreshing in this field and a welcome change from the usual (high) hourly rate associated with this type of service. They have always been happy to go out of their way to give us advice and guidance on what may appear to be the smallest matter. They also have considerable knowledge of the technology and recruitment industries which is reassuring and they speak in plain English.
